Buongiorno, sono la signora Raso Marisa. In data 19/01/2026 ho prenotato tramite il vostro sito un appartamento a Barcellona. Durante il pagamento dell' alloggio oltre hai soldi dovuti ho versato anche un pagamento di 400€ come deposito di sicurezza. Tale importo doveva essermi restituito in 14 giorni ma ancora non ne ho traccia.. Vorrei avere notizie in merito. Attendo un vostro riscontro e vi ringrazio anticipatamente per la disponibilità. La flexibilité des horaires d'enregistrement et de départ était très pratique. Cela m'a permis d'adapter mon emploi du temps à mes besoins de déplacement et de profiter au maximum de mon séjour en ville.

Fantastic stay and fantastic treatment received by the My Space Barcelona team. Located in Gracia close to all the attractions. Some are within walking distance. Had a small problem with the bathroom doorknob falling off all the time, but the door had a lock on it so we didn't mind. Very comfortable flat. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionists were very helpful from the check in until the check out! If you want you can also store your luggage after the check out which is an ideal choice for tourist who wants to enjoy the day even though they're leaving.

Great location and value for our money: Location at metro stop and close to shops, friendly staff, we could leave the luggage after check out at the reception.
